We use Stripe to process payments. Your payment method details (credit card number, expiration date, CVC) are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. We receive and store your subscription status, plan type, and billing history from Stripe.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with our services, including pages visited, features used, button clicks, search queries, and chat conversations. This data helps us improve our product and understand user behavior.

Application Data

We store chat conversations, AI-generated research outputs, bookmarked content, and usage credit balances associated with your account.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

• Analytics (PostHog): We use PostHog, hosted on US cloud infrastructure, to collect analytics data including page views, clicks, form interactions, and web performance metrics. PostHog sets cookies to identify unique visitors across sessions.
• Session Recordings: On our application (app.reelpanda.ai), we use PostHog session replay to record user interactions including mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, and page content. These recordings help us identify usability issues and improve the product experience. Sensitive input fields are automatically masked.
• Heatmaps: We collect click and scroll data to generate heatmaps that show how users interact with our pages.
• Returning Visitor Cookie: We set a cookie (reelpanda_visited) to remember whether you have previously visited our site, so we can direct returning users to the application directly. This cookie persists for one year.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. Analytics and session recording data is retained for up to 12 months.
