Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReelPanda (the "Service"), operated by Keyframe Media Labs ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

ReelPanda is an AI-powered TikTok and short-form video research platform. It helps brands, agencies, and creators discover viral formats, track competitor content, identify trending topics, find UGC creators, and generate creative briefs using artificial intelligence. The Service is accessible at reelpanda.ai and app.reelpanda.ai.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and may not create accounts on behalf of others without their permission. Each individual should maintain only one account.

4. Subscription and Billing

ReelPanda offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Trial Period: New users may receive a free trial period. You must provide a valid payment method to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees.
  • Credits: Your plan includes a monthly allocation of usage credits. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.
  • Price Changes:We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any data, insights, or content obtained from the Service without our written permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or connected networks
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other users' accounts
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Share your account credentials or allow others to access the Service through your account

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Keyframe Media Labs and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.

You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service, including chat conversations, creative briefs, and saved research. You grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide and improve the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate insights, recommendations, creative briefs, and research outputs. While we strive for accuracy:

  • AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated outputs
  • You are responsible for independently verifying any information before making business decisions based on it
  • Video metrics, trend data, and creator statistics are approximations and may not reflect real-time figures

8. Third-Party Content

The Service indexes and displays publicly available content from third-party platforms including TikTok and Instagram. We do not claim ownership of third-party content. All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keyframe Media Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data after a reasonable period following termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
